  • The terms code can be used to calculate the due date and discount date of an invoice
  • The discount amount and due date can be overridden during the voucher entry procedure

Check and Bank Reconciliation

  • All check numbers processed through Accounts Payable are added to the check reconciliation file during check printing
  • Ability to clear checks that have been paid and appear on the bank statement
  • Up-to-date information on checks still outstanding and checks cleared by the bank is available
