Customer Master Information

  • Seven-digit customer numbers provide plenty of room for growth.
  • Customer numbers can be manually or system assigned.
  • Customer alpha search provides access a customer by name.
  • Default credit terms can be overridden at entry time.
  • Credit limit, name of credit contact and phone number printed on reports to aid in collection calls.
  • Eleven defaulted fields make new customer entry fast and simple.

On-line Invoice Entry

  • Immediately updates customer's account.
  • Batch totals are calculated and displayed for verification.
  • Invoice Entry Batch Listing and Invoice Register are printed for an audit trail.
  • Automatically creates sales and accounts receivable journal entries.
  • Optionally creates journal entries for inventory and cost of goods sold.
  • Invoices can be distributed to multiple sales accounts
    Default terms code can be overridden with different terms or a specific number of days until due.
